- All tiles are sold based on stated specifications including size, finish, and origin.
- Colour, texture, and pattern may vary slightly due to manufacturing batches and screen display.
- Natural materials and handmade tiles may have variation, which is not considered a defect.
1.3 Pricing & Payment
- All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM).
- Prices may change without prior notice.
- Full payment is required before order processing unless otherwise agreed.
- We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors.
1.4 Order Confirmation
- Orders are only confirmed upon successful payment.
- Once confirmed, orders cannot be cancelled or modified.
1.5 Installation Disclaimer
- Installation must be carried out by experienced contractors.
- Fancy Tiles is not responsible for installation defects, improper handling, or workmanship issues.
- Customers are advised to inspect all tiles before installation.
1.6 Liability
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
- Liability is limited to the value of the purchased products.

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
