RETURN & REFUND POLICY
1.1 Strict Inspection Policy
All tiles must be inspected before installation.
👉 Once tiles are installed, they are considered accepted and cannot be returned or refunded.
1.2 Eligible Returns
Returns are only accepted if:
- Products are damaged upon delivery
- Wrong items delivered
- Manufacturing defects (uninstalled)
1.3 Return Conditions
- Must notify within 48 hours of delivery
- Products must be unused and in original packaging
- Proof of purchase required
1.4 Non-Returnable Items
- Installed tiles
- Clearance or promotional items
- Natural variation in colour or texture
- Orders with excess purchase (over-ordering)
1.5 Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days
- Refund will be made via original payment method
1.6 Replacement
- Subject to stock availability
- If unavailable, refund or alternative product will be offered
